Why do I receive an order confirmation for the requested goods from WALTHER Faltsysteme GmbH and not from boxline?

www.boxline.de is the online shop of WALTHER Faltsysteme GmbH. Your contractual partner is this parent company (please see our imprint).

I placed my order 5 days ago and up to now nothing has arrived. Is there a problem?

We try to deliver your ordered goods as soon as possible. Nevertheless the dispatch - depending upon the warehouse stock and structure of the order - can take longer. Our confirmation indicates a prospective date of delivery.

How do you dispatch the ordered articles?

We dispatch the orders from our factory in 47623 Kevelaer (Germany) Orders complying with the conditions for a courier service are dispatched by UPS (see also our GTC), all others on pallet via a forwarder.

Some articles have no pictures, only the boxline.de logo. What does this mean?

Unfortunately we cant show you all our products yet in a high image quality, but we are working on it. Nevertheless you can still order these products as normal. We will send you pictures of the products per e-mail just send us a request.

I'd like to order labels for our selected boxes or pallets, e.g. our company logo. Can they be delivered by boxline?

Of course. We calculate 1,00 Euro for each embossing (single coloured, on the long side). This service can only be offered on a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces. Unfortunately this offer does not apply to every boxline product, please ask our sales staff by e-mail, fax or telephone for other possibilities.

Where do I find accessories for the selected products?

In the detailed view (click on the product photo in the product list) all appropriate accessories will be referred to. One click is sufficient and you will find all the information needed, including the picture of the accessory.

Many containers and pallets are available in different versions. Why?

Our container families are based on a standardised design, with different versions for base, side and handle. One click will show you the version for your needs.

Is there any guarantee on offered products?

Certainly, on condition that use is appropriate to the product we give a two year guarantee (based on German law). Send us back the damaged goods and we will replace them within this period.

What can I do if the listing is too long after the box scout search?

A detailed description of your requirements will help to shorten the product list. You can describe the exact height or give the exact specifications of the base and side parts (perforated, reinforced, etc.). You should, however, search for the container type required (stackable, stack-and-nest, foldable and so on) in order to limit the listed articles.

Despite the large selection in boxline.de, I cannot find the right container. Can you help me?

No problem. Send us an e-mail or fax with your requirements and our staff members will suggest a suitable crate immediately. You can also fill out the list of requirements and send it by email.

Does boxline.de just offer products made of plastic?

boxline.de concentrates on multi-way products made of plastic. Under "service" or "keyword search" you will find other producers of wooden and metal packaging.

Where can I find used or special discounted prices for crates and pallets?

At the top of the home page you can find the button "Special Offers". Click here and you will find a list of used or surplus articles which are sold at discounted prices. If the prices are not indicated yet, please ask our sales team per email or telephone.

I would like to offer used crates? What do I have to do?

Send us an email with the following information: article type, material, external dimensions, internal dimensions, colour, date of manufacture, current condition (rating of usage: high, normal, low, unused), quantity of the articles, expected price for sale. We will present this information under the heading "special offers" and any inquiries received will be sent to you. The sales initiated boxline.de take place on your own invoice and with boxline prices.

Where can I find information about logistic service providers and logistic consultants?

boxline.de offers more than just containers and pallets. If you would like to know more about multi-way logistics or competent providers in this category, simply click on the button service on the start side or use the "keyword search".

What do I understand from the prices shown in the trolley or in the catalogue?

The prices shown are net ex-works. VAT at the current rate must be added.

Are the shown prices also valid if I want to order larger quantities of an article?

If you want to order larger amounts (> 300 pieces) of an article, please send your price inquiry via the inquiry, or call or email our sales department. You will receive an individual pricing for the requested article per email or fax.

What are the payment terms for boxline.de?

We require the payment within 30 days from the date of invoice, without deductions. We do not accept deductions for discount on payments made before due date. In addition please also read our GTC.

Is there a minimum order quantity / value?

Yes, the minimum order value per order is 300 Euro. (UK: > 50 units)

The boxline products I have cannot be used despite successful testing. What can I do?

You can send back the products within 14 days. This does not apply to special offers or order-related specially produced articles. The customer has to pay the costs of the returned consignment.
